Welcome to the website of Saltworkz Café— a meeting place in the heart of the Bentswood community of Haywards Heath Saltworkz Café offers tea, coffee and hot & cold meals. There is also Internet access and children’s play areas.
The name comes from words of Jesus Christ “you are the salt of the earth” This is a good description of Jesus’ followers sharing the good news about Jesus Christ and showing it by the things they do.
Saltworkz began with Christians in Haywards Heath showing the good news in the local area by helping people and arranging community activities. We now focus our efforts at the Saltworkz Café as a meeting point for the local community, and a good place for the churches and other agencies to offer help and advice.
